自己找到答案了，可是还是不太懂，

Neutral is missing at the receptacle, unplug it and call an electrician, you could damage the dryer soon if not fixed.

Somebody may have replaced a 3 wire outlet with a 4 wire and not connected the neutral connection, or the neutral may have come loose in the appliance, and it only finds a path when the dryer is on.

这么说我应该找个电工来俢而不是约ge的人来看，对嘛？我在Ge 网站上看到的评论都很差，能不找就不找他们
