房年龄１３年，不懂所以没做任何维修，前几天发现 furnace 下水滩，叫人来看，建议修，价格 $１６０００:

Found 14x8 trunk that runs in a wall soffit leading into attic creating condensation due to no insulation.
Leak has been happening go quite a long time created enormous amount of rust to ductwork and HVAC system.

Recommendation
Have Hvac system replaced
Cut soffit and have ductwork insulated from basement to attic.
Have ductwork in basement that has rust corrosion replaced.

Roughly 30' of duct to insulate and 20' of wall to open up
