why quotes from two company so much different?which one is right

 

Quotes from GFE:
 

AB           WF

Escrow fee: 582  880,

owners title insurance 270 1242

Title insurance         398 1617

Total         1850 4485

 

These are the items that I have to pay and I think they are charged by the escrow company, so it should be standard charges.  why there is so much difference?  Sorry for my stupid questions.  Which loan company should I choose?
