If more than 15 feet, it is still in the ok range.

check the low (or high) point of the foundation.  Is it near fire place, or bathroom, or kitchen...?
check the yard, does the lawn watered regularly?  Any drainage problem?

From the pictures, it looks like the problem is not too big.
