房子closing时屋主不搬怎么办？

房子inspection结束后，就是说inspection period 结束后，屋主来个addendum,说要rent back, 月租金是principle+insurance+property tax,说是每月五号付租金，没有押金，没有cleaning fee, 如果没到一个月，按天数计算，我们回了一个，租金一个月1500，给他两个月 ，房子closing时就要付，现在过了一个多 星期了，不见回复 ，我现在担心他赖在里面不搬，我该怎么办？
