2. documentation of transfer of assets, in particular, between LLC and owner.

It is prudent to leave certain amount in the LLC account for anticipated expenses. The dispense of cash from LLC account to owner at end of year is considered a distribution and require approval from the board of directors, according to the by-law of the LLC.
