房客后院发现一窝蛇要找谁?

各位老房东们，今天一大早房客就发email给我，说他们在后院打扫的时候发现一窝蛇，
老蛇死了，剩下的是十来条小蛇，大家有没有相关经验？要找谁处理这个？
