Well, if I were you I would not listent to jy101. What he said is all his imagination and desnt make any sense. Think about this, if you afraid pay lawyer on this 50-50 case, the other side dont have the money to work on this too. I will let it go and see if the other side can aford to hire an attorney to move to next step. If they do you can hire one and go fight with them but my bet is they cant afford and will not do so.
