讨论： 湾区房产投资

Investment returns over the past couple of years are super.

Right now, the housing price is so high that the return in future may be very limited.  Even though the price in SV/SF continues to rise right now, if you get into the market right now, you may get caught in all time high.  I would like to hear the comments from 湾区大拿们 about your outlook for the near future

In addtion, what to do now
1) Invest in Stock?
2) Invest in other states?
3) Flip?
4) Put the money under mattress until the price is lower?
5) Continue buying?
