In similar situation

Have been considering about this since the begining of 2013.  The problem is 好区的高价位的房子 is already high, the risk to enter the market now is high vs profit potentials. 

分散投资 is a great idea, but to find the new profitable area needs great intuition and foresight.  What is the next trend?

I talked to one Wharton Finance professor this month, and he sold his own portforlio 40%.
