多谢，请问收取三个月的佣金，这是你与PM之间合同上规定的吗？

我的合同上是说这么写的：

ending(date) March 2, 2015. (Checked) Either party may terminate this Property Management Agreement("Agreement") on at least 30 days written

notice 6 months after the original commencement date of this Agreement.After the exclusive term expires, this Agreement shall continue as a non-exclusive agreement that either party may terminate by giving at 30 days written notice to the other.

所以我的理解是至少得呆满半年，万一如果半年都不到，就没法合作下去了呢？当然希望一切顺利就是了。哎，新地主，没经验，又不是别人介绍的PM, 第一次用，担心就是多。
