首次盘点一下自己的投资房，很少，还有待加油。

拷贝一下, 首次盘点一下自己的投资房，很少，还有待加油。

2009 购入投资房 。 45万。 现值 62 万。月租:2,600
2009 购入投资房 。 14万。 现值 21 万。月租:1,300
2013 购入投资房。 30万。 现值 30 万。月租:1,900
2013 购入投资房。 27万。 现值 27 万。月租:1,900

4投资房产贷款总额 29 万

每月总租金： $7700
投资房每月总开销： $3100

每月总开销包括: (1) Property tax: 1300, (2) Hazard Insurance: 240, (3)Grass: 300, (4) Home Warrantee: 110, (5) Pool Service: 130, (6)HOA+Management Fee: 320, (7) Mortgage Interest: = 690, (8) AC Annual Maintenance: 50 (each home twice a year)
