我的租客放了狗在我的no pet allowed 房子里，第一次抓到，她说是她帮女儿暂时代看

的， 租客已经租了2年半，是个好租客，按时缴租，也不怎么找我们维修。是该睁一眼闭一眼，还是从写租约，每月多收50？
我的房子30万，租1800，5bedroom,3.5 bath room,sfh.我觉得她是在撒谎，  谢谢回帖给建议。
