Then add a large amount of flour to knead to rise again.
Formula for the original seeds could be done like this:
50 gram of flour, 50 gram of milk or water, 1 to 2 gram of dry yeast, mix well, put in fridge over night.
Or you can use bread machine without the seeds, just add 1 cup of milk, 2 cups of flour, 1 tbs sugar, 1 teaspoon yeast and salt each.
Milk works better than water.
To make soft pancake, you got add piping hot water into flour, not cold water, in order to break the gluten. Cold water only makes
hard dough.
