冰姐厨房 - 美味海蛎煎

以前在厦门吃的海蛎煎真是鲜美，海蛎个头不大，地瓜粉很地道，煎法简单，成品却非常到位，想起就要流口水啊。

这里costco常有罐装的海蛎，也很好，就是个头大。今天煎了一盘，吃的很心满意足。

做法也不复杂，需要粗地瓜粉。先用一点地瓜粉和一点点水将海蛎拌匀，同时加很少一点盐和白胡椒粉。然后中火煎一面差不多熟了，在上面打个鸡蛋，摊匀，翻面再煎两分钟，就可以吃了。
