蜜汁金华火肪. (有谁知道火腿化皮程序? 皮化好了才能入口即化)

 

改良荷叶包. 太小了,包不住肉.

小结: 蜜汁火腿,虽然好吃但精肉部分口感干燥.
想来是原材过咸,要通过长煮去咸味,加上糖汁进入,才能入口.
这过程难免对精肉纤维破损多,口感不好. 还有改进余地

Jamon iberico de bellota 好吃, 但就是贵(>>$100/lb). 
产量本来就少,经过国人哄抬(薄的审判作了大量免费广告), 愈发天价
