2013 & 2014

 

Joining the rank of small landlord, adding 4 SFMs in FL in addition to an existing one closer to home bought in 2011. Two more short sales accepted and in process.

 

Fifth year into semi-full time day- and swing- trading. Migrating to new platform / new products / new broker / new strategy mid-year. Overall, trading accounts reach new milestone in size and about double SP500 return with 3 Sharpe / 5% DD at Monthly frequency (slightly worse at daily frequency, but do not have numbers). 

 

Household networth grows by about 45%. Most gains from trading + retirement accounts.

 

For 2014, goal is to continue the current pace in security trading. RE-wise, goal is to reach a portfolio of 10 properties b/f the new round of boom in our market starts to accelerate.
