要eviction,但是签约的男不住里面,其ex-gf住里面.我怎么做EVICTION

我不知道这个男的新地址.这个ex-gf的妈也在lease上,但住外地.我不知地址.

现在这ex-gf不付房租.也不接电话.我做eviction,要填defendants地址,填我的出租房地址是否有效.在线等,急.
