据LM昨天的帖子。 这个是short sale and need bank approval，但对方agent用的是regular sale contract, no reference to short sale and bank approval.    另外向LM要appraisal report, 原因是seller bank 要看，纯属misrepresentation/misinformation.  Especially this transaction only has one side (seller) agent.

这两点在我们这，agent's disciplinary action是跑不掉的。
