我的pension账户利息基本是7-10%之间。如果你一60/40来计算以往30年，看看收益吧。我计算过，如果以平均8%增长计算，通货膨胀3%，工资也3%增加，30年16%的工资村进去，拿70%的工资可能还亏了。真正的benefit是退休后的health insurance,这个有obamacare后，还不知道有多少benefit.

 

这个州的最大问题是没有把承诺的8%match-up放进去。州宪法保证pension后，能不放就不放。看后面官司怎么大。新的员工基本没有pension了。
