How to bid is clearly laid out in the sale motion, including the deadline, which is Dec 6th, Dec 10th is the court hearing date, so we would be able to know fairly quickly. I am debating whether to call the trustee directly asking her about who those bidders will be, but not sure if I should. Inside I was hoping for this to be just a paperwork procedure. .
