他们走了以后双方都没有跟我联系。中间好不容易打通了房东，感觉是不大满意。然后就是等他们回来以后听到的一些叙述。所以头一个帖子有些话不准确，在此道歉。

 

说他们拖洋工，这不合理。因为是包活，要付手下工钱，做的越长，工头越亏。

 

对方牵线的huangmm，昨天说了些缓和的话，不知有多少当真。说她在此其间经常去，觉得双方处得挺好的,说只是communication的问题。。当然她也说那两口子是挺厉害的人，能杀价什么的。我听了以后呆了一下，说您早告诉我这个我就不让他们去这一趟了
