Should I rent to this girl

I have a 2B 2B the rent is $790/month and it only includes water.

The applicant is a 29 year old prep cook. She works at two different jobs and got paid $10/hour. She has a total income of $2500/month from both jobs. She is single.

She has no eviction record and ok credit. I was wondering if I should rent it to her.
