Will you buy an investment property on the other side of cemeter

SFH. Lot is .70 and total sqft is 1800.  On the other side of busy rd.  the property sits away from the busy rd. through a private rod.  It is about 20 meters higher than the rd.   The woods on the side of the rd. blocks the view to the cemetery.

In this town,  if it is on the normal situation( flat access, and not facing the cemtery), the listing price would be 850k at least. now it is 599k (down from 799k).

Will you take it ?
