我帮你赚了一大笔，我也多赚点，天经地义。

一个townhouse, 市场上12万。我8万搞到手，明确告诉买房的客户，我要1万8的佣金，客户拿到手，也才9万8。皆大欢喜。

一个condo, 市面上12万，我9万5搞到手，要买房的客户9千，也才10万4千。

当然，也有不想给这么多佣金的。那么，你出局就是了。
