淋浴龙头只出温水了，打开前面调了齿牙还是不行，是不是cartridge 坏了？

给厂家发了email，说是cartridge要换，可是1.只用了3年，厂家自己说一般可用10年。2.换一个要在$85，如果不是cartridge的问题就会花了冤枉钱。  所以想问大家，能肯定是cartridge 坏了吗？左右热水冷水outlet里，热水管摸上去还是很烫的，但出的水热不上去。谢谢指点。另外，如果换cartridge的话，要把楼里的总冷水开关关掉吗？因为怕水冲出来。
