If ecomonic are good and going up, this area shall move up faster than other areas in CA. It is right in the middle of the two big cities LA and SD. If the proposed #5 highway to 12 lanes can be implemented in the future. The houses in these area are still relative in lower end and renting can still in positive cash flow now.
