美国的生意，payroll永远是最大一块。工会是毒瘤，有选择我一定会避开。就算大湖区，为什么要选Detroit? There are plenty of choices in Ohio, Indiana, other places in Michgan, Illinois... too many places, why Detroit? Are you telling me there are quality trained workforce in there, don't think so. 
Penn and NY have Marcellus Shale, which has an edge on energy. How about Erie and Buffalo?
Chicago是铁路枢纽，anywhere on/by RT-90 are convenient. Actually Detriot doesn't have advantage on transportation.
那里的房价是很低了，但又能说明多少？炒股的可以说，没有最低，只有更低。
It's all about people, like most other things. 匹兹堡转型就不错，克利夫兰现在也好点了，辛辛那提更好些，连Toledo都有生机。
要是中美达成一致，签两百万国人入驻底特律，立马搞定。
