回复:You have to decide if you want your tenant leave
Thx, texastrader. It seems so. I actually asked the mngt to provide some tips on how to get rid of them. The mngt declined. Told me to ask lawyers. If just fine balance issue, I'm pretty sure I'll not win the eviction process. Now, with reasons "disturbing others", I may still loose. The eviction process is so long, what if by the time the boy not coming anymore. then the reason to sue is gone again. I think after 5 police cars, they must file a restraining order. the guy could go to jail if keep insult others. But the condo will issue fine at every such inccident. and could increase the fine a lot. I don't have to keep them. But I just feel my chances to win the eviction process is very slim. but if i go down that road, i'll suffer other problems for sure. Still ur comment is very helpful. I don't have much landlord experience. Thx again.
