Are the tenants under the SCRA protection????
I am a landlord. I rent my SFH to a single guy 10 months ago, and the rent was $1000/month, and only the guy signed the rental agreement with me. He has stopped paying rent for the past 6 months, and he said the reason he was not paying the rent anymore was because since then a service lady under the SCRA protection had moved into my SFH without my authorization. I am thinking of evicting them in the court in next few days, but two of those attorneys I made contact with said that I could not evict them since the lady is under the SCRA protection, and another two attorneys said I should be able to, since the lady had never signed the lease nor paid any rent to me so far. I don’t know what should I do next, but I know if they keeps stay there without pay me rent, I know I will have to walk away from my SFH in next month, since I could not pay the mortgage anymore! Please help!!! Thank you!

你的credit很重要,不能轻易walk away。不付房租就启动eviction程序。法院最明白。
