有没有人开过或者懂investment company的？

个人税法我比较懂，但公司税法一窍不通。主要是税太重，特别是08的税法今年实施后，基本上50%（幸好不在加州，否则。。。）。 个人税法上基本没法可想，因为一笔笔交易明明白白。 主要收入是股票收入。 有没有可能成立一个trading的公司， 在税上有优惠？
