tenant show the screen shot of credit score from transunion webs

the trans union personal credit score is 906, on life lock, the transunion credit score is 772.    I only show the screen shot, and the tenant's name.  I don't see SSN anywhere.  Later, they send me a credit report with account balance and address information , but I don't see credit score in this credit report.  part of SSN is masked for protection.

Is this acceptable?  the tenant went through an agent, who sold their house 5 years ago.  basically, the agent send me whatever the tenant send to him.  he did not run credit report.

Should I insist that the agent run credit report? or this is OK, it is the first time that I don't see SSN, even thought this guy seems to have a good job.  I should call his employer tomorrow as well.
