有经验的帮出下主意，我应该怎么办

Hi ，Jose wanted to knw if you wanted a list of the things that aren't working properly at the house. The A/C doesnt work well.. A couple of the vent need to be fix and Jose said one of the air pipe is twisted. A couple of the windows aren't working properly as well as the blinds. So we think it's best if you guys come down and see. I was going to let you knw last week. But one of my daughters got sick and had to be hospitalize and was just discharge today.
