Refrigerator

The previous owner took the refrigerator away. 

The slot left seems to be very large in height for the regular refreigerator.    Where do I order the type of refrigerator?  or is it just regular refrigerator type with the decoration on top? 

I checked Home Depot/Lowes, the refrigerators all seem too short.

(Sorry this may be a silly question.  But I just can't figure it out!)

Any recommendations?
