新人请教：我们现在要不要买401K

孩子在上学，我刚刚辞职，马上也开始上学，学费要贷款，老公一个人上班，工资7-8 万，应该买401K吗？（公司Match4%）。我不懂我们老的时候要付多少税，我觉得现在就是我们税最低的时候了。
