My son will work in Houston as a summer intern for 3 months. He is working at/or close to Energy Corridor, zip code 77042.

Which areas are safe, good areas that are close to his work in Houston? Any suggestions - Apartment or Room or Hotel for his stay in Houston?

Do you or anyone landlord you know has interest to rent a room for three months?

1) Clean and tidy
He helped parents with house cleaning since he was 8 years old. So he would be a very good renter.

2) Best tutor - willing to work for you if needed
He is from a IVY league school. He graduated as a Valedictorian from his high school, and has won several awards at national levels. He was one of the best tutors in a college admission consulting company. He can work for you as a tutor if you are interested.
