求助 Home owner insurance

买了一个房， 原房主还住在里面。 担心他会对房子做破坏。 请问什么公司卖这样的保险？

I did some research over the internet. Some people say that the insurance company should cover the vandalism by the previous owner. I called my insurance agent, and he told me that his company does not cover it if the previous owner caused damage to the house.

Do you know any insurance company carry such an insurance policy? Thanks a lot.
