anyone know insurance company safeco?

my current insurance keep on increasing premium, the quote from safeco is quite cheap, but I have a concern about the nearly half priced quote for my rental condo ,  liberty mutual quote $235, Safeco quote $100.  the rate is good, but I'm hesitated to switch.

Has anyone heard about safeco?
