Seller 付了owner title insuranc 和HOA disclosure Fee(以往这两项如果在合同里没有特别说明应该seller付的话,都由buyer付)我们的短卖合同没有向seller要求任何credit,但是最后final Hud 出来的时候都由seller付了,据说是贷款的新规定.
不知道不同的州是否有不同的规定,仅供参考,另外我买的是白菜房,看楼主列的数据就知道楼主的房不便宜,是否是这个原因呢?
