townhouse. $10,000 deductable. But mine is not as serious as yours. I had no furniure in yet. It was my neighbour's pipe broken. The only hope is that my HOA filed a claim for all 3 of us together. Since all of us has damage. It totally costed 3 houses 16000 for the damage. so the insurance gave us $6000 and HOA gave each of us $2000.
