You can make that kind of noodles

The noodles you mentioned is just ok to be made through pasta machine.
It's not very elastic. Those noodles are not even home made. Vendors buy
them from local suppliers, machine made. Noodle machines are
very common in Chinese flour shop. No one needs to make noodles at home
unless he/she prefers to do so.
I like the wet noodles made from large commercial machine though,
they taste better than noodles made from small sized home machine.
