请教专家,超市里买的上海酒饼丸,一颗可以做几磅甜酒?貌似买了个冒牌货,能用么?

买了之后才看见大家说要用松鹤牌的,我这个没牌子..很是担心啊...能用其他的东西代替么?
我泡了2.5磅米,用几颗合适呢?
