if you like it warm up a bit, hit soup button, it takes 90 seconds to be beautifully ready.
everying that can be eaten raw are ok to be blended here. no worry about how hard it is. for example, I put the apple pieces in (a few cuts of the apple before throw in make it easier), even leave the seeds in. it turn out smooth and filled with nurtrition. I like to use soup function more as I don't like to drink icy cold thing in the early morning. it won't be hot soup, but just a a little bit warm which is comfortable and remain fresh. I think it is a great way for getting children plenty of vitamin and fiber that they need.
the most used recipe i used is ~
apple + carrot + a little ginger
bluebarry (bought frozen big bag from Costco) + banana + milk
I also spontaniously put walnut and almond in, etc.
