他可能是用的sticks and stone 套路。我用字母o代替小球，如果1号盒里有二个球我就在1前面写两个o。就是oo1.借用你的两个例子，我可以这样表示。

1，1，3，6：

oo12o345o6 因为6永远在最后， 我可以拿掉6，变成oo12o345o；

1，3，6，6：

o12o345oo6， 因为6永远在最后， 我可以拿掉6，变成o12o345oo。

类似oo12o345o或o12o345oo， 能有多少种组合呢？就是在（6+4-1）个位子中选出6-1个排放12345.

所以是C(6+4-1,6-1).
