地主经营故事：一年一度秋风劲：进入第五个年头

这些天有些慵懒，其实早过了那个年头有些日子了。

今年自己放松一些，没有事事抓紧，利润率马上就下来了（当然还是很可观）。对我来说，现在并不是需要去追那每一分钱。照去年的努力我已经知道可以做到多少，这就够了。

今年没有进新的房子。毕竟有一分工作不想弄得太累。做大的renovation需要集中时间的投入，要盯着，否则质量不保证。天冷了，干脆等明年再说。

眼看着很快自住房和投资房的借贷都要还清了。发愁没有可减税的。咳，明年还得继续多找几个破房子修把钱花出去。

一年一度秋风劲，不似以往。胜似以往，数数银子何处藏。
