Thanks. The tenant is paying me $2100 now

for my other house, ironically,  which is in contract with section 8 office.

I inheritated her from the previous owner. I tried to move her to a cheaper house, but section office denies the contract.  She is allowed to stay in the original (more expensive house), but not moving to the cheaper one.
