1.remove defunct light,secure lines and cover junction box.
2.install main ground line between main water line to panel box.
3.remove defunct toilet, cap drain hole.
4.adjust loose floor drain cover in basement
5.cut drain vent of kitchen sink drain pipe and cap it.
6.install rubber boot at junction between PVC pipe and copper pipe, kitchen drain pipe.
7. secure heating ducts with screws and foil tape.
8. secure water heater vent pipe with screws and foil tape.
9. adjust water heater so vent cap sits on top of flame and straight. Secure with screw.
