回家我看看warranty上面怎么写的。

建筑商2009年的时候申请破产了（技术性的，事实上还在运营，换了个名字继续造房子；中等建筑商，宾州很多地方有他们开发的房子）。

屋顶的warranty是跟builder走还是contractor走？
