thanks jy101大侠. but interest rate on a HELOC is variable and tends to be higher than cash out loan...well, it provides flexibility and I guess one cannot be too greedy.so i can get HELOC approved ahead of time but not draw money (thus not paying any interest) till i need it - is that right?
yes, it does snow once in a while in TX and when it does, it's a big deal;) school closes, kids have a great time
