当我跟我的房客说如果不付房租我很乐意叫他们搬走，因为我要卖房了。这个月付房租的积极性大涨。

一个每月都拖欠的房客刚打电话说我从星期二就等你来收钱，包括水费，maintenance罚款，late fee，这个月的房租。另外一个SFH昨天打电话说刚从牧师那里搞了750，让我去拿。NND，等要卖房的时候他们却成为模范房客了。不要砸BSO。我真的是希望能尽早liquidate。
